HullLog provides a neutral log for recording vessel observations during charter use.

HullLog does not provide reviews, ratings, certifications, endorsements, or operational assessments. It is not a booking platform, brokerage service, or safety authority.

User-Submitted Information

All information recorded in HullLog is submitted by users.

HullLog does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of user-submitted information. Observations reflect individual experiences at a specific point in time and may vary between trips.

HullLog preserves observations as recorded and does not reconcile differences between reference information and observed information.

Reference Information

Reference information may be sourced from charter listings, operator-provided specifications, manufacturer documentation, or other external materials.

Reference information is provided for context only and is not independently verified.

No Reliance

HullLog should not be relied upon as the sole basis for safety, navigation, operational, or contractual decisions.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own inspections and complying with all charter agreements and safety requirements.

No Assignment of Responsibility

Information recorded in HullLog does not imply fault, responsibility, negligence, or ongoing condition of any vessel, operator, owner, or third party.

Limitation of Liability

HullLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

HullLog shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from the use of information recorded on the platform.
